We only accept returns for products that are damaged during delivery. To request a return, customers must provide clear proof of damage (such as photos or videos) within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Verification Process

Once you submit the proof, our team will review it. If we determine that the product was genuinely damaged, your return request will be approved.

3. Refund for Damaged Products

If the damage is confirmed:

  • You will need to ship the product back to us.
  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, your full payment will be refunded.
  • Shipping charges for the return will be reimbursed by Shivarts.

4. Return for Other Reasons

If you wish to return a product for any reason other than damage, the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

5. Important Notes

  • Returns without valid proof of damage will not be accepted.
  • Refunds are processed only after the product is received and inspected by our team.
  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received.
